• Mr. Ashish Kumar is an accomplished Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He also holds Company Secretary and Cost Accountant qualifications from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA), respectively. He brings 30 years of rich experience in fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, treasury management, equity and debt restructuring, cost optimization, business restructuring, budgeting and forecasting, financial due diligence and compliance, valuation modelling, capital markets, bridge finance, private equity and joint venture restructuring, risk management, investor relations, ERP implementation, management audits, and company secretarial and compliance functions. Prior to joining the Company, Ashish worked with DTwelve Spaces Pvt. Ltd. as Chief Financial Officer. He has also worked with SpiceJet Ltd., InterGlobe Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., InterGlobe Hotels Pvt. Ltd., TATA Value Homes Ltd., Suzlon Infrastructure Ltd., Reliance Infrastructure Ltd., and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd.
